A low voltage switchboard is a general term for complete low-voltage switchgear and control assemblies rated at AC 1000 V and below, including withdrawable switchgear, AC distribution cabinets, and control cabinets. It safely receives, accurately distributes, controls, monitors, and protects low-voltage power through cabinet-mounted circuit breakers, contactors, protection devices, measuring instruments, and copper busbars. Despite varied forms, every unit follows common design principles under GB 7251 and IEC 61439, with consistent structural elements - cabinet body, busbars, functional units, secondary circuits, and connecting wires - and mandatory type testing for temperature rise, short-circuit withstand, and dielectric performance. Design requires sufficient electrical clearance and creepage distance, an appropriate IP rating, and internal arc fault resistance, selected against load characteristics, reliability requirements, available space, and budget.

We build low voltage switchboards as OEM assemblies to your specification and run them on a standardized production line, so withdrawable units, busbar systems, and secondary wiring are produced with repeatable tooling and fixtures. For industrial plants ordering repeated batches, this means each cabinet arrives with the same breaker positions, torque values, and wiring color code, which makes maintenance teams treat every panel as interchangeable and keeps spares rationalized across the site. OEM drawing control lets buyers own the electrical scheme while we handle panel build, wire dressing, and factory acceptance.

Applications

  • Industrial workshop motor control centers. Production lines group many motor feeders in one MCC; withdrawable functional units let maintenance swap a starter without de-energizing the whole board.
  • Building electrical rooms. From residential towers to skyscrapers, a standard low voltage switchboard feeds floors and essential services, and the IEC 61439 type-tested structure underpins safe, repeatable procurement.
  • New-energy and energy-storage plants. PV inverter rooms, charging stations, and storage facilities need DC-coupled LV distribution with monitoring; the modular unit architecture supports condition monitoring and energy management.

Customization

We build to your OEM single-line diagram, adjusting feeder count, breaker brand/frame size, withdrawable or fixed functional units, and meter arrangement. Cabinet dimensions, IP rating, busbar rating, and finish color are configurable; logo and nameplate artwork can be supplied. Drawing-based manufacturing and sample approval are supported.

Packaging & Transportation

Panels are packed in fumigation-free plywood crates, reinforced for ocean freight. Trade terms: FOB, EXW, DDP; payment by T/T.

FAQ

Q: Do you manufacture switchboards to our own OEM drawings?

A: Yes. We accept OEM/ODM orders, build from your approved single-line diagram, and keep the scheme under your part number while we handle panel assembly and wiring.

Q: What standards govern the build?

A: Construction follows GB 7251 and IEC 61439, with type-tested temperature rise, short-time withstand, and dielectric performance; products pass national authoritative institution testing.

Q: Can repeat batches stay identical to the first order?

A: Yes. Standardized tooling and fixtures make repeat builds match the initial batch in breaker positions, wiring, and labeling; lead time for repeat orders matches the initial order.
