An AC distribution panel is a specialized integrated power distribution system designed for AC power systems, integrating low-voltage circuit breakers, isolation switches, load switches, current and voltage transformers, watt-hour meters, protection devices, and busbars into one or more enclosed metal cabinets based on user-specific electrical single-line diagrams. Its core mission is to safely, efficiently, and reliably distribute AC power from transformers or municipal grids to downstream circuits and loads, quickly isolating faults during overload, short circuit, or leakage. A standard panel features an incoming unit (main circuit breaker or isolation switch for power access and cutoff), a metering unit (current and voltage transformers and watt-hour meters for energy measurement), a feeder unit (multiple outgoing circuit breakers for lighting, power, and air conditioning loads), a busbar system (copper or aluminum bars for internal power transmission), a control and protection unit (relays, PLC controllers for automatic switching and motor protection), and an optional reactive power compensation unit (capacitor banks for power factor improvement). Cabinet design prioritizes heat dissipation, IP rating, insulation distance, and operational and maintenance convenience.

We build AC distribution panels on an OEM basis from the buyer's single-line diagram and run them on a standardized batch production line for repeat commercial projects. This means the incoming, metering, feeder, and optional compensation sections are laid out exactly to the contractor's drawing, while batch tooling keeps enclosure folding, busbar bending, and wiring labor consistent across a shopping mall, office tower, or chain retail build-out.

Applications

  • Building main electrical rooms distributing transformer low-voltage power to floors and zones, where an OEM panel built to the architect's single-line diagram matches the planned incoming and feeder layout.
  • Commercial facilities controlling power for air conditioning, elevators, and lighting, where optional reactive power compensation capacitors improve power factor and reduce demand charges.
  • Renewable energy systems for AC grid connection of photovoltaic inverters and wind turbines, where the incoming, protection, and metering sections are configured to the inverter and grid-connection requirements.

Customization

We build to the buyer's AC single-line diagram: incoming and main breaker rating, CT/PT and metering configuration, number and rating of outgoing feeders, optional reactive power compensation bank, busbar cross-section, and PLC or relay control scheme. OEM nameplates, logo, and batch production for repeat commercial projects are supported.

Packaging & Transportation

Panels are packed in fumigation-free plywood crates, reinforced for international transport. Trade terms supported: FOB, EXW, DDP. Payment by T/T only (RMB or USD).

FAQ

Q: Can you build an AC distribution panel to my single-line diagram?

A: Yes. We operate OEM builds from your issued AC single-line diagram, laying out incoming, metering, feeder, and optional compensation sections accordingly.

Q: Do you supply repeat panels for a chain of commercial projects?

A: Yes. We run batch production on standardized tooling, so the same panel configuration reproduces consistently across multiple sites.

Q: Can you add reactive power compensation to the panel?

A: Yes. Optional capacitor banks are integrated into the panel to improve power factor, sized to the calculated reactive demand.
